Background Information

Hello.

A warm welcome to to you all.

 

Here's a little about myself.

I'm from the East of England originally but lived in London and Nottingham for several years.

I trained (in French Cuisine) to be a chef and worked in a variety of sectors within the cooking industry for most of my life.

Here in Japan, I found a new passion-- Cooking lessons (in English).

So I was I able to continue doing what I love.

I also discovered a love for teaching English as well.

I'm happy to announce that, since closing due to Covid 19, I have now resumed my once popular and successful cooking lessons again from my home studio & in Kanayama .

I became TEFL certified back in 2007 and have enjoyed teaching English to adults to elementary+.. children of all levels  (here in Japan) almost ever since.
